Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal in the EU

  2. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

  3. Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include your order number.

  4. Send the item to our return address (provided in the confirmation email).

  5. Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned item.
