Electric Week Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period
   The "Electric Week" campaign runs from Thursday, November 28th, 2024, to Saturday, November 30th, 2024. The campaign may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Ordering

   • Customers in the EU must place orders via the website.
   • Customers outside the EU must place orders by emailing hello@cakeservice.co. Payment for non-EU orders will be processed via Stripe, and only major card brands are accepted.
     
     

3. Discount Ladder
   The following discounts apply based on the order value:

   • Spend €200–€499: Get 20% off
   • Spend €500–€999: Get 25% off
   • Spend €1,000–€1,999: Get 30% off
   • Spend €2,000 and above: Get 40% off
     
     
   • Spendera 2000–5000kr: Få 20% rabatt
   • Spendera 5000–9999kr: Få 25% rabatt
   • Spendera 10 000–19 999kr:  Få 30% rabatt
   • Spendera 20 000kr och mer:  Få 40% rabatt
     
     
   • Discounts apply to all products site wide.
   • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes.
     
     

4. Returns and Refunds

   • Refunds for returns will only cover the amount paid after the discount has been applied.
   • The cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer, as stated in our general terms and conditions of purchase.
     
     

5. Shipping

   • Discounts do not apply to shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately.
     
     

6. Order Quantities

   • There are no restrictions on the number of orders or items a customer may purchase during the campaign period.
     
     

7. Payment Methods

   • Only payment methods available at checkout or specified for non-EU orders are eligible.
     
     

8. Force Majeure

   • The seller shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of its obligations under this campaign due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or disruptions in supply chains.
     
     

9. Errors and Omissions

   • The seller reserves the right to correct any errors, including but not limited to pricing, inventory, or typographical errors, at its discretion.
     
     

10. Data Protection

• Any personal data collected during the campaign will be handled in accordance with our general terms and conditions and privacy policy. For more information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
